_module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb text_text_color=\u00bb#000000&#8243; text_font_size=\u00bb1em\u00bb text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb||auto||false|false\u00bb custom_padding=\u00bb||0em||false|false\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacitaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas de riesgo sobre la enfermedad de Chagas, modos de transmisi\u00f3n y medidas de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Actividades entomol\u00f3gicas para la b\u00fasqueda del vector en sitios de riesgo con transmisi\u00f3n activa de la enfermedad.<\/li>\n<li>Atenci\u00f3n oportuna de casos probables y confirmados de Leishmaniasis ante la presencia de lesi\u00f3n nodular que progresivamente se ulcera (indolora), pueden ser secas o exudativas, de fondo limpio o color rosado.<\/li>\n<li>Administraci\u00f3n de medicamento intralesional o sist\u00e9mico seg\u00fan el lugar de la ulcera a todo paciente que demande a tenci\u00f3n y tenga las caracter\u00edsticas cl\u00ednicas de la Leishmaniasis, previa valoraci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica..<\/li>\n<li>Talleres de informaci\u00f3n a comunidades con presencia de casos as\u00ed como fomentar en zonas arqueol\u00f3gicas las medidas prevenci\u00f3n como son (uso de repelente, pantalones largos y camisas de manga larga).
