Para garantizar estos derechos se requieren pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas progresistas que garanticen a todas las personas el acceso a servicios de salud que respeten la toma decisiones informadas y aut\u00f3nomas sobre el cuerpo, la sexualidad y la reproducci\u00f3n.<\/span><span>\u00a0P<\/span><span>ara lograrlo, es indispensable delimitar la manera diferencial en que impactan a las personas, a las comunidades y a los sistemas de salud.
